Aspial offers to repurchase up to S$15 million of 2019 notes

Singapore two-dollar bills

Aspial Corp. offered on Tuesday to repurchase up to S$15 million in face-value principal of its 5.05 percent notes due 2019 in the series 003 issued under its S$700 million multicurrency debt issuance program.

The proposed repurchase will begin on 9 January and end on 18 January, Aspial said in a filing to SGX after the market close on Tuesday.

Noteholders interested in tendering their notes should contact DBS Bank, which is acting as the buy-back agent, while beneficial owners who are wealth-management customers should contact their relationship managers directly, it said.

If the amount of notes tendered exceeds the S$15 million cap, the company will determine which noteholders it will repurchase from, it said.
