Creative Technology said on Thursday that it launched its Super X-Fi headphone products, the Creative SXFI AIR series, at the CES 2019 technology exhibition in Las Vegas.
The company’s Super X-Fi products use 3D sound for improved audio fidelity. Creative claimed the headphones recreate the effect of a multi-speaker surround system.
The new headphone products will incorporate Creative’s SUper X-Fi UltraDSP chip, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close on Thursday.
The headphone range includes models incorporating bluetooth and USB, and one which targets the gaming market, it said.
The SXFI Air C model is priced at S$179, while the SXFI Air is at S$219, it said.
Creative added that it would also display other products at CES, including its new sound card, Sound Blaster AE-9, wireless ear buds Outlier Air and USB sound card Sound BlasterX G6 for gaming.
