Civil engineering services provider Yongnam Holdings said on Thursday that it obtained four Singapore contracts worth a total S$53.4 million.

The first contract is to design and build a four-storey regional headquarters with mezzanine offices and a two-storey production facility for AAC Optics Solutions at the Tampines Wafer Fab Park at Tampines Industrial Crescent, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close on Thursday.

The contract, which includes design consultancy, civil and structural, architectural and mechanical and electrical works, is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2020, it said.

The second contract was from Dragages Singapore and was for the supply, fabrication, delivery and erection of structural steel composite columns for a 51-storey integrated development in the central business district, Yongnam said.

It said the project was expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2019.

In addition, Yongnam will supply, fabricate, deliver and erect structural steelwork for a nine-storey light industrial and commercial building for JTC Corp. at the junction of Woodlands Avenues 4 and 9, it said. That was awarded by Lum Chang Building Contractors, it said.

Yongnam also obtained a contract from SDK Consortium for structural steelwork for a seven-story Health Campus with a community hospital, outpatient clinics and nursing homes at Woodlands Drive 17 and Woodlands Avenue 12, it said.

Both of those projects were expected to be completed by 2019’s third quarter, Yongnam said.
