Keppel REIT

Keppel REIT’s manager said on Wednesday that it bought back 500,000 units in the market at S$1.14 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$570,671. It said all purchased units would be cancelled.

Since the April 2018 start of the buyback mandate, Keppel REIT has bought back 10,640,000 units, or 0.3139 percent of its issued units excluding treasury units at the time the mandate began, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close on Wednesday.
